The idea to host school groups from Australia has come first to fruition back in 2002 when we had our first school trip to Alta Badia with Melbourne Grammar School. Since then we had another 4 trips with MGS, 1 trip with Xavier College and 3 trips with Geelong Grammar. In 2012 we had a group of 40 students and teacher from Geelong Grammar to enjoy and experience the best the Dolomites have on offer.

The students & teacher leave Australia for Europe as soon the school has finished and usually return to Australia just before Christmas. Once landed in Europe everything is organised and the group can really immerse into the local culture and experience. Activities like toboggening, ice skating, watching a local ice hockey match or experience the real deal Christmas Markets in the nearby towns of Bruneck or Bolzano are soon equal highlights to the skiing .

Many of the boys and girls who are lucky enough to join this trip have either returned with another school trip or with their parents to relive and share the experience.
